Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kinnarix AI website at kinnarix.world and your enrolment in any kinnarix AI programme. By submitting an enquiry or completing enrolment, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not enrol.

1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our / the School" — kinnarix AI, operated from 219 Ratchayothin Road, Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "You / Learner" — a person who submits an enquiry, completes enrolment, or accesses course materials.
• "Programme" — any of the AI Foundations Course, NLP Track, or Applied Conversational AI Programme offered by the School.
• "Materials" — recorded sessions, reading lists, reflection prompts, exercises, and any other content provided as part of a Programme.
• "Cohort" — the group of learners enrolled in the same intake of a Programme.

2. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By submitting a completed enrolment, you confirm these conditions are met.

3. Programme description

Each Programme is described on our Solutions page. kinnarix AI makes reasonable efforts to deliver the Programme as described; however, we reserve the right to make adjustments to session schedules, reading lists, or instructors where operationally necessary. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners in advance.

Programmes are delivered entirely online. A reliable internet connection, a device capable of playing video and reading PDFs, and working command of English are required. Specific technical prerequisites (such as Python proficiency) are noted on the relevant Programme description page.

4. Enrolment and access

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or an agreed first instalment).
• Access to course materials is granted at the start of the cohort and maintained for the duration of the Programme plus 90 days.
• Access credentials are personal and may not be shared with others.
• The School reserves the right to revoke access where terms are violated.

5. Payment

• Fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all course materials, office hours (where applicable), and instructor feedback.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer and major credit cards.
• Instalment arrangements may be available for the NLP Track and Conversational AI Programme — please raise this in your enquiry before enrolment.
• Fees are non-refundable after the cohort start date, except where the School cancels a cohort (see below).
• If you withdraw before the cohort start date, a 10% administration charge applies and the balance is returned.

6. Cancellation by the School

In the unlikely event that kinnarix AI must cancel a cohort before it commences, enrolled learners will be offered a full refund or a deferred place in the next intake, at their choice. The School's liability in such circumstances is limited to the fee paid and does not extend to consequential costs.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share course login credentials or provide others access to Materials
• Reproduce, distribute, or publish Materials without written permission from the School
• Use Materials for commercial instruction without a licensing agreement
• Engage in conduct that disrupts or harms other learners in cohort sessions
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in enrolment communications

8. Intellectual property

All Materials — including recorded sessions, reading selections, exercises, and reflection prompts — are the intellectual property of kinnarix AI or are used with appropriate permission. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use them for your own learning for the duration of access. No other rights are granted.

Reflection prompts and exercises you complete remain yours. By submitting them, you grant the School a limited licence to use anonymised excerpts for curriculum development.

9. Letter of completion

A letter of completion is issued to learners who fulfil all Programme requirements. It documents the Programme name, duration, and main topics covered. It is issued by kinnarix AI and is not a government-accredited qualification, degree, or diploma.

10. Disclaimer

kinnarix AI programmes are educational in nature. We make no specific claims about employment outcomes, income changes, or professional advancement that may result from completing a Programme. Results depend on individual effort, prior experience, and many other factors outside our control.

Materials are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of delivery. The applied AI field changes rapidly; some content may become dated before a Programme is revised.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, kinnarix AI's liability to you in connection with any Programme is limited to the fee paid for that Programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify kinnarix AI against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of course Materials.

13. Termination

The School may suspend or terminate your access to a Programme if you breach these Terms. Where termination is due to your breach, no refund is payable. Where you choose to withdraw after the cohort start date, the no-refund policy in Section 5 applies.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok. We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

15. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the School regarding your enrolment.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it subsequently.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes by email. Continued enrolment or access after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
